AIDIS e ABES-SP promoverão na próxima segunda (6) o 34º Encontro Técnico de Alto Nível

Evento em comemoração ao Dia Mundial do Meio Ambiente, que terá as presenças de Alceu Guérios Bittencourt (presidente nacional da ABES) e Luiz Pladevall (presidente da ABES-SP) integrarão a abertura do encontro, que será transmitido pelo canal da Seção no YouTube, das 14h às 18h. Esta edição traz como tema “Economia Circular – Setor Água”.

A Associação Interamericana de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – AIDIS e a Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental Seção São Paulo (ABES-SP) promoverão no dia 06 de junho, segunda-feira, o 34º Encontro Técnico de Alto Nível. 

Com o tema “Economia Circular – Setor Água”, o evento será realizado em comemoração ao Dia Mundial do Meio Ambiente, celebrado no dia 05 de junho, e acontecerá no formato virtual, das 14h às 18h. Clique aqui para se inscrever.

Contexto:

Segundo o Conselho Empresarial Brasileiro para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, CEDBS, no século XVIII, o químico francês Lavoisier cunhou a famosa frase “na natureza nada se cria, nada se perde, tudo se transforma”. Após três séculos, o ciclo natural é a inspiração do novo estudo do CEBDS, o Guia Circular de Economia da Água.

A publicação pretende replicar, em conjunto com outras empresas, experiências de sucesso na gestão da água. No guia, o combate ao desperdício norteia as ações empresariais, que servem como modelo replicável e impulsionador de novas iniciativas de sustentabilidade hídrica.

Segundo André Ramalho, Assessor Técnico do CEBDS, o conceito básico é tradicionalmente aplicado àquele em que extraímos o insumo, fabricamos o produto, usamos e vendemos. A economia circular busca quebrar essa sequência, desenvolvendo e adaptando produtos para que, ao invés de descartar, possam ser reaproveitados e reinseridos no sistema, eliminando ou reduzindo a necessidade de extração de novos insumos.

A lógica se aplica quando ao invés de se ter água com condições diferentes das originais, como é o caso das águas residuais, por exemplo, ela é recolhida e reinserida no sistema para reduzir uma nova captação, trata-se também de buscar alternativas ao uso a água em circuitos fechados ou pode circular nos sistemas várias vezes antes de ser tratada e descartada. Clique aqui e confira o programa do evento
