ABES Conecta: 6° webinar da série Acertar discute gestão tributária, contábil e tecnologias de informação

Evento online é uma realização Câmaras Temáticas da ABES de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética, de Regulação e Tarifa e de Indicadores

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES por meio das Câmaras Temáticas da ABES de Gestão de Perdas e Eficiência Energética, de Regulação e Tarifa e de Indicadores, realizou o 6° episódio da série ABES-ACERTAR, na manhã desta quarta-feira, 30 de setembro.

“Gestão tributária, contábil e tecnologias de informação” foi o tema abordado pelos palestrantes. Moderado por Josivan Cardoso, coordenador da Câmara Temática da ABES de Recursos Hídricos. O evento online reuniu Luiz Antonio de Oliveira Junior, superintendente de Fiscalização de Custos e Tarifas na Arsesp, Robson Dutra Ferreira, gerente financeiro contábil da CESAMA, Alberto Camargo, sócio diretor da Tato Consultoria e Alfredo Assis de Carvalho, analista de infraestrutura – Secretaria Nacional de Saneamento do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional.

Alberto Camargo iniciou sua apresentação ressaltando que o programa Acertar trouxe melhorias para o setor de saneamento. O diretor falou sobre o processo de auditoria e sistemas de monitoramento para autarquias públicas e prestadores de serviço.

Alfredo de Assis Carvalho apresentou o programa de incentivo “REIDI” (Regime Especial de Incentivos para o Desenvolvimento da Infraestrutura), da Secretaria Nacional de Saneamento do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional. Discorreu sobre as etapas e funcionamento do programa, que suspende taxas de contribuição como PIS/PASESP e CONFINS para prestadores de serviços de abastecimento de água e esgotamento sanitário.

Robson Dutra citou que autarquias e companhias de saneamento menores podem ter dificuldades para implantar a metodologia Acertar devido ao seu alto custo, mas o programa traz benefícios e segurança para o saneamento.

Luiz Antonio de Oliveira Junior abordou o gerenciamento tributário. O profissional falou sobre as etapas e critérios para avaliação nas auditorias para prestadores de serviços. O ACERTAR, segundo ele, traz padronização e ajuda a prevenir falhas.

Projeto ACERTAR

O Projeto ACERTAR busca prover orientações aos prestadores de serviços de abastecimento de água e esgotamento sanitário quanto às práticas para gestão das informações do SNIS. Ele engloba recomendações sobre diversos processos do segmento, tais como: comercial, licitações, financeiro, gestão de ativos, investimentos, operacional, manutenção, entre outros.

Ao todo, serão sete webinares, realizados no programa ABES Conecta, com o objetivo de debater a importância da aplicação do Projeto Acertar – Certificação e Manual de Melhores Práticas da Gestão da Informação sobre Saneamento.
