Desafios do Saneamento Ambiental: ABES promoverá debate em Alagoas, em 18 de setembro

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES levará para Maceió, em Alagoas, no dia 18 de setembro, às 17h, o Ciclo de Debates “Desafios do Saneamento Ambiental no Brasil”. O evento contará com uma palestra do presidente nacional da ABES, Roberval Tavares de Souza, sobre dos 10 anos da Lei de Saneamento e o saneamento na Região Nordeste e em Alagoas. A programação do evento contemplará, ainda, um debate acerca do tema “saneamento público ou privado”.

O encontro, realizado pela Diretoria Nacional da ABES e pela ABES-AL, ocorrerá no UNIT – Centro Universitário Tiradentes – Av. Comendador Gustavo Paiva, 5017 – Cruz das Almas – Maceió – AL

Na ocasião, Roberval Tavares de Souza apresentará o estudo da ABES “Situação do Saneamento Básico no Brasil – uma análise com base na PNAD 2015” sobre os serviços de abastecimento de água, esgotamento sanitário, coleta de lixo e filtro de água no Brasil, em um comparativo 2014/2015. Todas as informações têm como base a Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios (PNAD), divulgada pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), anualmente. O relatório completo com os dados por Grandes Regiões e Unidades da Federação está disponível aqui.

Além da palestra, o encontro será uma oportunidade para os participantes de ampliar sua rede de contatos. O Ciclo de Debates já passou por Manaus/AM, Goiânia/GO, Curitiba/PR, Porto Alegre/RS, Boa Vista/RR, Vitória/ES, Natal/RN, Recife/PE, São Paulo/SP, Belém/PA, Macapá/AP, Cuiabá/MT, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, João Pessoa/PB, Belo Horizonte/MG, Palmas/TO, Aracaju/SE, Campo Grande/MS, Fortaleza/CE e Teresina/PI. Além de Maceió,  o encontro também passará por  Salvador/BA, dia 19.
