JPS-SE planeja atividades para 2018

O Programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento da ABES Seção Sergipe – JPS-SE realizou nesta quarta, 22 de novembro, uma reunião com foco no planejamento das atividades do programa para 2018. O encontro ocorreu na Sede da Companhia de Saneamento de Sergipe – DESO.

“Definimos nesse primeiro momento que faremos uma divulgação maior do JPS nas faculdades e nos órgãos ligados ao saneamento e meio ambiente, uma vez que o programa é novo e esse será o primeiro ano ‘cheio’ que teremos para trabalhar”, conta o coordenador do JPS-SE, o engenheiro Erasmo Gomes Santos Júnior Erasmo.

Ele informa que serão ofertados cursos com os próprios integrantes do JPS como instrutores. “Temos jovens capazes para isso nas áreas de geoprocessamento, resíduos sólidos, tratamento de água e esgoto, além de oficinas ambientais e informações sobre mercado de trabalho”, salienta. “Vamos buscar também a participação em atividades e programas relacionados à Educação Ambiental, como SOS Mata Atlântica, Projeto Praia Limpa e outros”.

Outro ponto importante da reunião, de acordo com Erasmo Gomes, foi definição da participação do JPS-SE no 8° Fórum Mundial da Água, que será realizado em Brasília/DF de 18 a 23 de março de 2018. “A ideia é angariar recursos para patrocinar a participação de jovens no fórum, como foi feito no congresso ABES/FENASAN”, afirma Erasmo.

Ainda segundo o engenheiro, além as ações para o ano que vem, estiveram em pauta, o feedback dos participantes do Congresso ABES/Fenasan 2017 (realizado de 2 a 6 de outubro em São Paulo), a revisão da atuação do JPS-SE nas redes sociais (Facebook e Instagram) e agendamento do Happy Hour de fim de ano.
