JPS-SP: primeira reunião do ano tem diversidade de profissionais e espírito engajado para 2017

O Programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento da ABES-SP (JPS-SP), coordenado pelo geógrafo Thomas Ficarelli, promoveu nesta quinta-feira, 2 de fevereiro, na sede da entidade, uma reunião para balanço sobre o ano de 2016 e perspectivas para este ano. Foi um encontro marcado pela diversidade de profissionais -, reunindo biólogos, engenheiros, tecnólogos, administradores, publicitários e designers – por participação massiva e demonstração de engajamento para 2017

O coordenador do JPS-SP discorreu sobre os resultados das atividades realizadas no ano passado e abordou as perspectivas, estratégias e metas para as próximas iniciativas. Como ressaltou Thomas, o JPS no ano de 2016 atingiu um público jovem, promoveu cursos, palestras, workshops gratuitos, realizou reuniões, visitas técnicas, ações voluntárias e eventos. Também esteve presente em universidades e em conjunto com profissionais e professores.

Para 2017, foram definidas algumas metas: criação das seções de JPS regionais, fortalecimento das ações, reativação da Câmara Técnica de Educação Ambiental, parcerias com os veteranos da ABES, realização de eventos de empreendedorismo, de inteligência de mercado, promoção de mais internacionalização, gestão de conhecimento e publicações, criação do material em outros idiomas, integração dos jovens na gestão e formação de lideranças e confraternizações como “happy hours”, novidades no site e novo formulário de inscrição dos participantes. O programa também prevê a melhoria dos processos, identificação de talentos e capacidades, produção de conhecimento e divulgação e integração de novos sócios junto à ABES e ao JPS com o aumento de vantagens aos associados.

Os jovens dedicam-se ainda à estruturação de sua participação no Congresso ABES-FENASAN 2017, o maior Encontro de Saneamento Ambiental das Américas (http://www.abesfenasan2017.com.br/), que acontecerá em São Paulo de 2 a 6 de outubro.

Thomas Ficarelli informou sobre alguns seminários e palestras que irão acontecer nesse ano e convidou o os jovens a participarem como voluntários. Discorreu também sobre a reunião com a Deep – Desenvolvimento e Envolvimento Estratégico de Pessoas e Clientes, empresa responsável pela campanha de captação de novos associados (saiba mais aqui).

“A reunião foi muito proveitosa, pois recebeu pessoas de diferentes áreas de atuação e regiões que estão procurando formar os seus polos do JPS”, afirma Gustavo Vitor da Silva Paranhos, 30 anos, biólogo e estudante de Engenharia Química da Unifesp.

Para o coordenador do JPS-SP, este será um grande ano, a começar pela primeira reunião, que teve um grande número de participantes: ”Estou otimista com a nossa primeira reunião, pois quebramos o recorde de participantes (27), que são de diversas áreas e cidades. Iremos implantar o Núcleo de Campinas, as pessoas dessa região vieram para se apresentar. Apresentei toda a síntese dos acertos e falhas do ano passado em relação à gestão do JPS. Os jovens vêm se mobilizando para serem empreendedores e líderes dos próprios projetos e atividades para o JPS ter um capital humano cada vez mais rico e possibilitar a troca entre os integrantes. O ano de 2017 será sensacional para o JPS e a realização do Congresso ABES-FENASAN em nossa cidade no segundo semestre, principalmente, irá nos fortalecer mais ainda’’, afirma Ficarelli.

No dia 14 de fevereiro o JPS promoverá uma palestra com profissionais para explicar como é a carreira pública e o funcionamento de empresas como o Semae – Mogi das Cruzes, a Sabesp e a Cetesb (veja abaixo).

Novos núcleos

Beatriz Couto Ribeiro, mestranda em Gestão de Tecnologia no Saneamento, pela Unicamp e José Henrique Pastorelli Junior, engenheiro ambiental e Mestrando em Engenharia Civil pela mesma universidade, apresentaram o projeto do Núcleo do JPS – Campinas, que busca atrair novos sócios nas universidades da região: “Estamos criando o Núcleo do JPS Campinas, com sede na Unicamp, junto aos veteranos da ABES Seção Campinas, que abrange cidades como Limeira, Jundiaí, Sumaré e Jaguariúna. Nesse começo de fevereiro, vamos fazer uma reunião geral com pessoas da região que são interessadas nos temas de saneamento para votação dos representantes com o objetivo de desenvolver o núcleo e iniciar as atividades para 2017. As atividades serão: reuniões, visitas técnicas, calendário semestral, conciliação do JPS a partir da disciplina, encontros com os profissionais do setor. Estamos contando com o apoio do Núcleo da Capital de São Paulo para a organização da institucionalização’’, afirma Beatriz.

Workshop orientará sobre carreiras

No dia 14 de fevereiro, às 18h, o Programa Jovens Profissionais do Saneamento da ABES-SP promoverá, na sede da entidade, o workshop Meio Ambiente, Saneamento e Carreira no Setor Público.

O encontro busca romper os estereótipos e mostrar aos jovens profissionais as múltiplas possibilidades para as quais podem direcionar a carreira. Para tanto, contará com a participação de jovens convidados, que compartilharão suas experiências profissionais no setor público. São eles:

Thalita Aparecida Rissi (SABESP)

Tecnóloga em Controle Ambiental e Saneamento Básico (UNICAMP), com mestrado em andamento em Engenharia Civil na área de Saneamento e Meio Ambiente (FEC/UNICAMP) e graduanda em Engenharia Ambiental (UNICAMP). Atua como Tecnóloga Ambiental na  SABESP na célula de  Planejamento Técnico da UN Metropolitana Sul (MSI-12), na gestão do Licenciamento Ambiental de projetos de abastecimento, esgotamento e compensação/recuperação ambiental.

Cristiano von Steinkirch de Oliveira (SEMAE – Mogi das Cruzes)

Engenheiro ambiental formado pela USP (São Carlos) e pós-graduando em Gerente de Cidades pela FAAP. Atualmente é funcionário público lotado no Departamento Técnico do Serviço Municipal de Águas e Esgotos – SEMAE de Mogi das Cruzes no cargo de engenheiro ambiental.

Gleice da Conceição Salles de Oliveira (CETESB)

Arquiteta e Urbanista pela UNESP-Bauru e Historiadora pela USP (Campus São Paulo), com Especialização em andamento em Arqueologia, História e Sociedade pela UNISA – São Paulo. Atua como Arquiteta na CETESB desde 2009 com licenciamento e avaliação de impacto ambiental, e desde 2013 é Gerente do Setor de Avaliação de Planos e Programas (IDAP) da CETESB.
