PNQS Ciclo 2021: reconhecidas AMEGSA e SQFSA falam sobre lições aprendidas, a pandemia e seu legado no segundo e último dia

Na ocasião, foi apresentado ao público ainda, o lançamento do ‘ABES ESG Index’, que integrará o Ciclo 2022 do PNQS.

Os desafios da pandemia de covid-19 e seu legado nortearam as tradicionais palestras sobre as lições aprendidas durante o segundo e último dia do Seminário de Benchmarking do Prêmio Nacional da Qualidade em Saneamento – PNQS Ciclo 2021, nesta quinta-feira, 9 de dezembro.

Divididos em três paines, os debates contaram com participação de representantes das empresas reconhecidas na categoria AMEGSA (As Melhores em Gestão no Saneamento Ambiental) e SQFSA (Selo de Qualidade do Fornecedor da Prestação de Serviços de Saneamento Ambiental). Realizada pelo Comitê Nacional da Qualidade ABES – Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental, esta edição aconteceu no Centro de Convenções Royal Palm Hall, na cidade de Campinas -SP.

Os painíes tiveram quadros de perguntas e respostas e anúncio de finalistas.

Na oportunidade, foi apresentado ao público ainda, o lançamento do ‘ABES ESG Index’, que integrará o Ciclo 2022 do PNQS. Esta novidade representa, segundo Carlos Schauff, membro do CNQA, um novo desafio. Além disso, aconteceu também a reunião da Câmara Temática de Indicadores de Desempenho do Saneamento (CTIDSA), coordenada por Sandro Camargo, e a 60ª Reunião CNQA.

Fechando o evento, a coordenadora do CNQA, Samanta Tavares de Souza, relembrou as dificuldades enfrentadas durante os dois anos de pandemia que impediu encontros presenciais e que tirou muitas vidas. Portanto, para a coordenadora, a Cerimônia de Premiação representou um momento de celebração e de superação de adversidades. “Precisamos conhecer todas as teorias e dominar todas as técnicas, mas, ao tocar na alma humana, seja apenas outra alma humana”, finalizou Samanta.

O presidente da Sanasa, Manuelito Magalhães, aproveitou a ocasião para agradecer a todos e também elogiou os participantes e os vencedores dos prêmios. “Acompanhei vários cases aqui com muita alegria. São experiências de sucesso e tenho certeza de que tivemos muita troca para aprimorar o serviço que prestamos a sociedade”, declarou Manuelito.
