ABES promove debate sobre decreto que regulamenta a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos

Realizado pela Câmara Tematica de Resíduos Sólidos, o webinar contou com palestra do advogado Fabricio Soler e está disponível no YouTube. 

A Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental – ABES, por meio de sua Câmara Temática de Resíduos Sólidos, promoveu o primeiro webinar do ano, nesta sexta-feira, 21 de janeiro. O tema do evento foi o Decreto nº 10.936, de 12 de janeiro de 2022, que Regulamenta a Lei nº 12.305, de 2 de agosto de 2010, que institui a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos.

Sucesso de público, com mais de 300 pessoas assistindo ao vivo e mais 1.700 visualizações, o debate teve moderação de Roseane M. Garcia Lopes de Souza, coordenadora das Câmaras Temáticas de Resíduos Sólidos nacional e estadual (ABES-SP) e diretora da Seção.


O palestrante convidado foi Fabricio Soler, advogado e mestre em Direito Ambiental e sócio da Felsberg Advogados. Ele discorreu sobre os principais tópicos do Decreto Federal n° 10.936/2022,  entre eles, o Plano Nacional de Logística Reversa (PNLR), importadores, manifesto de transporte de resíduos (MTR), implementação de sistemas de logística reversa, e cooperativas e associações de catadores de materiais recicláveis.

Ao final de sua apresentação, Fabricio integrou o debate sobre as principais questões que envolvem o tema, com e o que pode ser feito para a sua melhoria, juntamente com Alice Libânia Santana, diretora da ABES-MG, e Jussara Kalil Pires, vice-presidente da ABES-RS.
